The individual in this position is responsible for working in conjunction with the Program Director to support and oversee clinical operations at WomanspaceArdmore.This individual demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to complete

Program Director in a timely manner.
Participate in and oversee all Clinical Responsibilities as identified on Clinical Job Description; including but not limited to
providing clinical coverage as scheduled and as needed to ensure adequate coverage as per regulating bodies.
Complete necessary clinical documentation in accordance with all regulatory bodies.
Complete state mandated trainings within in 1-year of hire and maintain necessary annual training hours as per regulatory bodies.
Provide clinical supervision to designated staff and students and complete all necessary clinical supervision documentation in accordance with all regulatory bodies.
Provide orientation to new Clinical Staff and ongoing staff training and clinical guidance as needed.
Review clinical supervision of staff with Director as needed (minimal is monthly)
Oversee completion of daily clinical documentation via weekly clinical chart audits and follow up
Initiate communication regarding any and all concerns regarding Womanspace-Ardmore operations to Program Director in a timely manner.
Provide input in hiring of new clinical staff.
Provide input on individual training needs and complete staff evaluations as designated.
Complete, organize and oversee all funding call requirements to
Represent Womanspace-Ardmore via participation in corporate, city and state-wide activities, trainings, forums, and meetings when designated.
Provide Clinical Program oversight in absence of Director.
On-Call duties as assigned.
Other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
MA in Social Services or related field plus 2 yrs. experience in drug and alcohol programs.
Excellent communication and organization skills required.
Ability to be creative, work independently and contribute as a team member
