How Will You Make An Impact
RHD is seeking a full-time Program Manager to provide direct supervision to the Direct Support Professionals and ensure that services meet the needs of the residents.

Provides direct supervision to Direct Support Professionals
Perform on-call responsibilities
Ensure coverage of all shifts with adequate staffing
Respond to emergency assistance pertaining to residents and DSPs as needed
Ensure that program is operating in compliance with 5310 Regulations
Ensure services meet the residents in the following areas: behavioral health, medical, legal,vocational, educational and recreation services.
Facilitate Monthly Staff Meetings and weekly psychoeducation and clinical groups
Conduct Montlhy Supervisions with DSP's
Attend Clinical Meetings and Court Hearings
Work closey wilth members of administrative team regarding program development regarding residents concerns, program policy and procedures and staff develoment.
At least 4 years working with justice-involved individuals living with mental health conditions.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, profiecent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced residential environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Must posses a Valid Driver's License
Wister Street provides a therapeutic residential environment for individuals with serious and persistent mental illness who have some history of forensic involvement. The transitional program helps people learn social, emotional, behavioral, and life skills to facilitate independence, enabling them to move on to a permanent living situation. Wister Street provides innovative and effective re-entry services to people post-adjudication.
