Clinical Therapist
Stepping Stones is a long-term partial hospital program serving children ages 6 to 11 from the Philadelphia area. The program provides specialized education services as well as theraputic servoces including individual, group and family therapy. The program also runs  a seven-week therapeutic summer program during July & August.

Job Summary:
A part-time position providing individualized clinical planning and intervention for partial hospital program clients age 6-11 years old. Consult with clinical team, educational staff, child's home school and family regarding treatment interventions and progress. Develop individualized treatment plans for clients according to state, CBH and partial hospital guidelines and regulations. Provide and participate in daily, structured, milieu programming for partial hospital clients and facilitate psycho-educational/counseling/family support groups as indicated. Attend discharge/transition meetings  with family, child's home school and other team members as needed.  Attend all supervision and training as required by  State and agency guidelines and other relevant continuing education as outlined by Program Director. 
 
 Responsibilities:
  1. Assess behavioral needs and formulate treatment goals of client in conjunction with client, other partial staff members, , and family  members.
  2. Fonnulate, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients in conjunction with the treatment team, according to state and CBH  guidelines.
  3. Maintain a caseload of assigned clients and perform all administrative tasks associated with this caseload, including, but not limited to: documentation of progress notes, 1rea1ment planning, case conferences, discharge and aftercare planning and case management tasks.
  4. Provide and participate in daily, structured, milieu programming for partial hospital clientsunder supervision of the programDirector
  5. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy as indicated.
  6. .Documentation of all services provided to the client in electronic health records, according to prescribed timelines.
  7. Monitor progress of treatment plan and collect relevant data on an ongoingbasis.
  8. Provide ongoing consultation with treatment team, classroom teacher and family on clinical issues as indicated.
  9. Provide communication and clinical consultation to client 's clinical team.
  10. To complete 20 hours of annual continuing education, if unlicensed.
  11. To maintain any licenses and certifications, as applicable
Minimum Qualifications:
 Masters degree and 2 years experience required.
