Morning, afternoon, evening, weekend and 3-day live-in (block schedule) shifts are available in the following areas:

  • Abington
  • Ambler
  • Ardmore
  • Lansdale
  • Norristown
  • Philadelphia (various locations throughout the city)
  • Wyncote

How Will You Make An Impact

RHD is seeking full-time, part-time and on-call Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join the programs located throughtout the Southeastern PA region. The DSP will be resonsible for ensuring the health, safety and ongoing supervision of the individuals we serve while upholding RHD values.

  • Create and maintain a safe and positive environment
  • Interact with individuals in a therapeutic manner
  • Assess, plans, implement and evaluate the daily living needs of the individuals being served
  • Assist individuals in the fulfillment of their Individual Support Plan (ISP) outcomes 
  • Support the health, safety and the personal growth of the individuals

Required Experience

  • Previous experience is preferred but not required

Required Education

  • High school diploma/GED

Required Qualifications

  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
    • Please note: some sites may not be accessible via public transit
