Residential Recovery Advisor and Community Recovery Specialist
Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call
Residential programs in Norristown/Conshohocken/Bryn Mawr are seeking qualified, highly motivated, compassionate individuals to provide supports toindividuals who have been diagnosed with a mental illness and are currentlyresiding in our programs. Candidates will be expected to partner with individuals in working towards goals and providing hands on assistance asneeded.
5 Positions are currently available:
Position A (FT) Residential Recovery Advisor: Sat 12p-8p, Sun, Mon, Wed 3p-11p, Tue 3:30p-11:30p.Hourly rate is $14.00/hour (Norristown)
Position B (FT/Over Night) Residential Recovery Advisor: Sun - Thurs 11p-7a. Hourly rate is $14.00/hour (Bryn Mawr)
Position C (FT) Community Recovery Specialist: Tue - Sat 1p-9p. Hourly rare is $14/hour (Norristown)
Position D (PT @ 16)Residential Recovery Advisor: Sat, Sun 11a-7p.Hourly rate is $14.00/hour(Conshohocken)
Postilion E (OnCall) Residential Recovery Advisor: This position is on-call position. Hourlyrate is $14.00/hour

Developing and maintaining trusting, positive relationships with the individuals we serve.
Introducing Individuals to community-based resources, activities, opportunities and providing daily supports.
Facilitating in-house activities.
Maintaining physical standards of residence.
Cleaning and Meal Preparation as well as assistance with personal care skills depending on unique needs of each individual.
Providing transportation to and from appointments and communicating all information.
Completing daily site documentation.
Administering medication (training provided) and monitoring medical issues.
Experience preferred, but training will be provided.
Candidates must have a high school diplomaor equivalent or CNA certification
Valid PA driver’s license (Valid Driver License is not needed for over night positions***)
Willingness to learn and the ability to work well in a team-centered environment.
