Residential Recovery Advisor:

5 positions are available- Hourly rate is $14.00/hr

Postion A: Saturday and Sunday -11am to 7pm. @ Conshohocken PA 19428 (Part Time)

Position B: Saturday and Sunday -11pm to 7am.(overnight position) @ Conshohocken PA 19428 (Part Time)

Position C: Friday and Saturday -11pm to 7am.(overnight postion) @ Bryn Mawr PA 19010 (Part Time)

Position D: Friday - 11pm to 7am & Saturday - 11pm to 8am. (overnight position) @ Norristown PA 19401 (Part Time)

Position E: Friday to Tuesday - 3pm to 11 pm @ Norristown PA 19401 (Full Time)

Residential programs in Norristown/Conshohocken/Bryn Mawr are seking qualified, highly motiviated, compassionate person to provide supports to individuals who have been diagnosed with a metal illness and are currently residing in our programs. Candidates will be expect to partner with individuals in working towards goals and providing hands on assistance as needed.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Developing and maintaining trusting, positive relationships with the individuals we serve. 
  • Introducing Individuals to community-based resources, activities, opportunities and providing daily supports. 
  • Facilitating in-house activities.
  • Maintaining physical standards of residence. 
  • Cleaning and Meal Preparation as well as assistance with personal care skills depending on unique needs of each individual. 
  • Providing transportation to and from appointments and communicating all information.
  • Completing daily site documentation.
  • Administering medication (training provided) and monitoring medical issues. 

Required Experience

 Experience preferred, but training will be provided

Required Education

Candidates must have a high school diplomaor equivalent or CNA certification

Required Qualifications

Must have Valid Driver lincese (Our sites are located in Norristown, Conshohocken, and Bryn Mawr)

Willingness to learn andthe ability to work well in a team-centered environment.

Program Summary

We provide a community based continuum of care providing services for adult withchronic mental illness seeking support and encouragement in identifying lifegoals and continuing on their individual recovery journey.
