On-call Certified Peer Specialist provides peer support services, serves as an advocate for participants, shares coping skills and provides recovery information in the group and workshop setting for participants.
Facilitates recovery groups and workshops to assist participants with managing interpersonal relationship and community integration skills, completes documentation in DAP form (Data, Assessment and Plan), Leads the implementation and use of Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP). Engage in discussions with participants about WRAP and coping skills.
Group Faciliation experience preferred
Experience with mental health/co-occuring disorder population preferred
High School Diploma or GED, Certified Peer Specialist Certification
