Team A.R.R.I.V.E. (Achieving Recovery and Rehabilitation with Individual Vision and Excellence) is the mobile core services team for individuals moving to permanent supported housing, utilizing psychiatric rehabilitation, peer support, and tenant support services for individuals with mental health needs.

Team A.R.R.I.V.E. is seeking a Quality Review Specialist

Job purpose
As a member of the management team, the Clinical Quality Review Specialist is responsible for evaluating services, training team members and providing consultation on the Team ARRIVE consumer caseload.

Duties and responsibilities:
Data Tracking– Related Responsibilities

  • Track and manage referrals
  • Track and manage all discharges and transfers
  • Track service outcomes
  • Implement data tracking procedures using the Electronic Health Record
  • Train Team ARRIVE staff on use of the Electronic Health Record
  • Evaluate program as related to licensing, funding criteria and best practices for quality service delivery
  • Track and manage all CBH Pay for Performance matrixes
  • Plan and Prepare all weekly, quarterly, and annual funder reporting
  • Review and approve documentation for licensing and funding criteria
  • Audit consumer charts to ensure service delivery units is consistent with CBH billing
  • Investigate any discrepancies in billing and documentation
  • Complete quality review calls to participants
  • Follow and implement the quality review plan for Team ARRIVE
Clinical Consultation – Related Responsibilities

  • Identify higher needs participants on Team ARRIVE caseload
  • Facilitate concurrent review meetings with CBH
  • Provide consultation with team members around opening and discharging consumers’ CPS or MPR services
  • Provide one to one consultation to staff when needed
  • Educate team members and maintain RHD Team ARRIVE engagement philosophy
  • Provide training to Team ARRIVE around quality review process  
Coordination - Related Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor entries into the database
  • Create, track, and distribute of information from program evaluations
  • Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to create program performance plans as needed

As assigned in order to support care of consumers as well as to foster an atmosphere of dignity and respect as outlined in the RHD Values

Knowledge/ Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in entering and analyzing data and using Electronic Health Record.
Other Requirements/ Certifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • State police clearance
  • Child abuse clearance
  • FBI clearance
Working conditions
Team ARRIVE is a mobile program.  The Quality Review Specialist will be required to meet with participants and team members in the field to assess service delivery for quality review purposes. This may include the need to use public transportation and walking to locations in both warm and cold weather conditions throughout the year.
