RESOURCES FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT HIGH FIDELITY WRAPAROUND-UNIT DIRECTOR High Fidelity Wraparound Coach/Supervisor:
The High Fidelity Wraparound Coach/Supervisor will ensure that all components of the High Fidelity Wraparound program are in compliance with the High Fidelity Wraparound process, principles, phases and Theory of Change.
Complete Coach Credentialing, the Five Day Team Training, as well as any other mandatory county and state trainings
Ensure all components of the program are in compliance with the High Fidelity Wraparound model
Work with supervisors from other systems involved with the team to guarantee an organized system of care for children and family members
Provide individualized performance-based supervision for each staff member at least one hour each week
Provide group supervision once a month for all staff members
Ensure that plans are individualized, strength-based, culturally competent, and that there are measures for implementing crisis management
Ensure that the principles and steps of the High Fidelity Wraparound process are delivered with the highest possible fidelity
Teach Facilitators, Youth Support Partners and Family Support Partners how to implement the High Fidelity Wraparound process with fidelity
Provide formal and informal coaching to staff utilizing 7 identified skills:

7.) On-going assessment and feedback
Define the roles and duties of each staff person
Monitor job performance
Other non-essential duties as specified by the immediate supervisor
Ability to model and problem-solve with teams to determine strategies for developing culturally competent services, supports and resources for youth and families that are compatible with diverse groups within the community
Ability to identify staff strengths and accomplishments in order to support growth and development in others
Utilize various techniques including group coaching, live coaching, documentation review, as well as other modalities that build staff knowledge and create fidelity to the process
Possess an understanding and knowledge of youth and family resources and service systems within the Philadelphia County area including the juvenile justicesystem
Ability to work closely with staff, youth and family members to promote a strengths-based, individualized, culturally competent system of care through the practice of strengths-based supervision and monitoring
Ability to identify issues that may impact the staff member's work with the youth and family, and address these issues assertively with the goal of improving the relationship to better facilitate the High Fidelity Wraparound process

Experience living with, or working with children who have complex emotional needs
A Master’s Degree in a Human Services related field with at least 3 years of experience providing services for youth and families.
Must have an understanding of/or experience with different child serving systems, including mental health, child welfare, juvenile justice and/or health centers. Must have 3 years of supervisory experience.
Valid PA Driver's License
Valid clearances including Criminal Record, Child Abuse and FBI
