Description/Job Summary

Rise Above, a Resources for Human Development program, is a general outpatient treatment facility located in King of Prussia that serves individuals with substance use disorders. We are seeking a skilled bi-lingual Spanish clinician to complete DUI evaluations in Spanish to determine treatment recommendations for individuals referred by the Montgomery County DUI Administration.  The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working with adults with substance use disorders. In addition, candidates should be familiar with the PCPC and/or ASAM Placement Criteria.  Excellent clinical skills, follow through, and ability to overcome barriers in a fast-paced environment are crucial to success in this position.

Payment is on a flat rate basis compensated per service provided at $45 per completed evaluation.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Create client charts for each individual evaluated
  • Complete relevant information with client
  • Conduct clinical interviews with clients referred for evaluations
  • Generate written narratives for treatment recommendations
  • Submit completed evaluations to designated staff by identified due date
  • Complete filling appropriately

Required Experience

2 years’ experience evaluating and assessing adults with substance use disorders or co-occurring disorders

Knowledge of PCPC and/or ASAM placement criteria

Experience working with Criminal Justice System preferred

Required Education

Master’s Degree (with two years experience) in Psychology, Counseling, or Human Services or Bachelor's Degree (with four years experience) 

Required Qualifications

Applicants must be able to conduct assessments in Spanish.
