Rise Above, a program of Resources for Human Development, is a general outpatient substance use disorder treatment facility located in King of Prussia, PA. We are looking for an experienced supervisor to provide clinical supervision and oversight to clinicians providing individual and group therapy to individuals with substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environment, be open to feedback and asking for guidance when necessary, take a proactive approach to tasks, work well within a team but beable to operate independently, and have a passion for providing qualityclinical services. Fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania is required for this position. Flexibility in schedule is requiredfor this position and will entail both daytime and evening hours to meet the needs of the clients we serve. We are currently providing a combination of in-person and telehealth services. There is a possibility for some remote work associated with this position and will also entail some days in our office supporting the staff.
Provide supervision to full-time therapists, evaluators, intake coordinator and other service providers as necessary.
Conduct chart audits as outlined by the Internal Chart Audit Policy/Procedure
Approve clinical documentation submitted in EHR in a timely, accurate manner
Provide direction to independent contractors as necessary providing evaluation services
Conduct performance reviews as directed by Rise Above policy and procedure
Oversight of DUI Department which includes:
Conducting regular audit of DUI files, observing evaluators quarterly to ensure quality assurance, train incoming employees/contractors, oversee DUI Groups (Treatment & Intervention), oversee timely and accurate submission of documentation, monthly evaluation schedule, maintaining ARD list, following up with client contact regarding assessment results.
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with funders
Provide clinical services (including but not limited to individual and group therapy, evaluations, case management services) on a limited basis as program needs dictate
Act as point of contact for team in Unit Director’s absence
Minimum 3 years working with adults with substance use disorders or co-occurring disorders.
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
Master’s Degree in Human Services related field
Fully licensed LPC or LCSW or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient computer skills (i.e. EHR, Microsoft Office)
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Experience working with Criminal Justice preferred
ASAM certification preferred
