Description/Job Summary

Rise Above is an outpatient counseling program in King of Prussia that is contracted with Montgomery County Adult Probation & Parole and provides drug & alcohol treatment services. The Administrative Assistant will check in clients as they arrive, schedule client appointments, answer the phone and perform some typing and other administrative projects, as they are assigned.  This position requires multi-tasking, attention to detail, and good communication skills. Candidates should have excellent documentation abilities, be dependable/trustworthy and highly organized.

Hours of the position are Monday 12p-8pm, Tuesday-Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday 8a-4pm.  

Pay rate is $14 an hour.

Minimum Qualifications:
• High School graduate or GED equivalent
• Two years of related office administration experience 
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
Familiarity and skill with the Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is essential. The position will also require the learning of an electronic health record; candidate should be adept at learning new software.
