Description/Job Summary

The Office Manager assures that  administrative functions required by the program including but not  limited to, phone reception, keeping statistics,   personnel documentation, sending medical records, filing, typing are completed.

The Office Manager shall be a person who provides good customer service to staff and individuals seeking services who have behavioral health issues.   He or she shall be flexible to meet programmatic needs that may include adjusting their schedule to ensure the job functions are attended to timely to meet deadlines.  Person needs to work collaboratively as a team, and take responsibility when decisions have to be made. The indvidual needs to be  familiar with office procedures, Microsoft Office Applications, have an understanding of data entry, be detail oriented and be able to multi task.

Job Qualifications:
The Office Manager must possess a  high school diploma or GED and 1 year of office experience including customer service and computer skills.

Responsibilities/Duties

Experience with Excel, Microsoft word and statistics.  Strong knowledge base of Billing and the PA Promise System .
