RHD North Carolina Is hiring full-time and part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSP). The DSP assesses, plans, implements and evaluates daily living programs and routines for individuals we serve. The DSP conduct all program operations in accordance with RHD policy and the regulatory requirements of the NC DHHS. The DSP is responsible for ensuring the individual’s health and safety is protected and that each individual participates to their fullest in activities of daily living.
There are positions available in multiple programs which include the following:
Varsity Crest (Semi-independent living)
Pleasant Garden (Residential Home)

High School Diploma/GED required
RHD North Carolina (NC) provides residential supports for people with diagnosis of developmental disabilities, mental illness and/or physical disabilities. The program focuses on a person-centered planning approach, and much care is given to working with individuals to create homes and treatment to meet individual needs. The program provides intensive support in the area of life skills, social skills, and community integration with an emphasis on having fun while pursuing personal goals.
