Description/Job Summary

  • Mainstay Delaware is recruiting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs),both full-time and part-time positions, to support individuals with developmental and other disabilities, in a residential setting, to become more independent in their community. 

    Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Providing support and training to individuals with developmental disabilities

    • Providing appropriate emotional and physical support

    • Monitoring the development of life skills

    • Empowering individuals to increase independence and participation in community life

Hiring requirements include but are not limited to DDDS/DHSS/RHD standards:

  •  Must be 18 years of age or older
  •  High School Diploma/GED
  •  Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, physical exam and criminal background checks
  •  Possess a valid driver’s license with less than 5 points
