Description/Job Summary

Position Summary
 
Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Unit.  S/He will ensure compliance with licensing regulations; compliance in all contractual agreements with funding sources(s).  The Program Manager will oversee the program budget.  S/He will ensure the highest quality of service provided by the Unit and foster a positive, supportive  work environment ensuring growth and development for the staff.
 
Essential Duties and Functions
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and contractual agreements with funding source(s)
  • Supervise and monitor program staff
  • Hire and ensure training of staff
  • Document all supervisory sessions
  • Maintain and implement policies and procedures in accordance with RHD, funding and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure program is in compliance with training curriculum by providing and/or overseeing trainings, coordinating scheduled trainings, and devising a standardized tracking system
  • Complete all monthly and quarterly reports in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with contractual requirements/guidelines
  • Attend Program Manager’s meetings
  • Serve as representative for program in community liaison meetings and other designated meetings and government regulatory bodies
  • Overall supervision and oversight of the program to ensure continuous quality of service and quality improvement
  • Assist in preparing annual budget with corporate designee
  • Oversee proper employment process for new hire employees
  • Participate in clinical case consultations and clinical staffing
  • Oversee On Call Team staff scheduling
  • Ensure continuity of care and foster a supportive, nurturing environment for staff growth and development
  • Provide crisis intervention
 
Qualifications
             An LCSW or LPC Licensure required.
             4+ years supervisory experience and program planning.
             4+ years of experience in clinical mental health with a clear understanding of issues faced by individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and substance abuse issues.
