RHD's Mainstay Philadelphia is seeking full-time, part-time, and on-call Residential Support Staff (RSS) to ensure the safety and supervision of the program's clients to facilitate sexually healthy and socially acceptable behaviors. A commitment to the RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed. Compensation may vary due to the needs of the individuals in the home.

This position will coordinate with clinical staff, implement residentially based interventions and assist the clients in achieving their clinical assignments. The RSS is responsible for fulfilling the obligations as outlined in the client’s program plan. The RSS will prompt or assist, as necessary, to ensure the clients participate in the activities of daily living, in both the home and the community. This includes healthcare coordination and transportation.
In addition the RSS is responsible for the operations of the home, including but not limited to maintenance of the interior of the home. A commitment to the RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed. Compensation may vary due to the needs of the individuals in the home.
RHD's Mainstay Philadelphia is a supervised community-based residential program designed to provide a range of established and innovative rehabilitation strategies for adults with developmental disabilities. The program focuses on community and personal safety, accountability, competence, least restrictive alternative, normalization, due process and control.
