Description/Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist will function as a fully integrated member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that promotes self-determination, personal responsibility and empowerment to our individuals. The OT will perform functional, strengths-based assessments of all participants and  identify functional strengths and challenges. To create plans sensitive to participants' functional abilities and challenges. The OT will deliver ongoing occupational therapy services to facilitate the participants' optimal engagement in meaningful life activities through environmental adaptation, as well as through establishing, restoring, and maintaining life skills. Must be PA licensed Occupational Therapist and maintain current certification with the National Board for Occupational Therapy. Developing relationships with clients and staff within RHD programs. A commitment to the RHD Values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed.

Qualifications
All candidates must have a strong work ethic, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
PA licensed Occupational Therapist
Must have a valid driver’s license, and use of personal vehicle required.
