Summary
Lower Merion Counseling and Mobile Services (LMCMS) is Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic with locations in Bryn Mawr, and Ardmore, PA. LMCMS is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team that provides trauma-informed, person centered care using evidenced based and best practices to support a holistic approach to wellness. We are looking for dynamic, collaborative Fee for Service therapist to join our team. Daytime, Evening and Weekend hours are available.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and or family therapy to help promote wellness and foster resiliency
- Use Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) based on client needs, and desires
- Complete timely documentation in an Electronic Health Record (Avatar)
- Collaborate with other members of the clinical and mobile teams to promote an interdisciplinary approach to care
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based and best practices related to recovery and trauma-informed care including but not limited to: CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Specific Modalities such as PE, CBT-TR and/or Seeking Safety
- Experience working in an Outpatient setting preferred
- $26-35/hour depending on experience and qualifications

Preferred experience with Mental Health Outpatient Centers.
Required Education
Master's degree in related field.
