Description/Job Summary

The Project Director is administratively and programmatically responsible for the implementation and oversight of all behavioral health services provided by the CCBHC.  The Project Director ensures all CCBHC goals and timelines are met and that all comprehensive services are developed and operate in an integrated and seamless manner.  The Project Director ensures that all practices meet mission and values of RHD.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Oversee the implementation and day to day operations of the CCBHC Grant Expansion Initiative
  • Provides administrative supervision to staff assigned to the CCBHC initiative
  • Participates in recruitment process to hire employees
  • Develops and coordinates policies and procedures for CCBHC
  • Ensures staff assigned to the CCBHC meet SAMHSA, County, State and MCO expectations
  • Develops, implements and monitors the quality of the programs for the assigned service area in accordance with agency goals and objectives

Required Experience

5+ years in community behavioral health setting

Experience in project planning, implementation and management

Required Education

  • Master’s in Business Administration, Healthcare or Social Services

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in community behavioral health setting
  • Help build infrastructure for mental health and D&A programs
  • Strength in strengthening internal systems and business infrastructure
  • Experience in project planning, implementation and management

Program Summary

Lower Merion Counseling and Mobile Services provides community-based outpatient mental health therapy, psychiatric services, and mobile services to children, adolescents, adults, and families
