RHD is seeking a part-time Data Analyst to ensures all data collection for services are acquired, delivered and maintained according to program, division, funder and licensing and expectations. As a member of the LMCMS team, the Data Analyst coordinates with the QA Manager to review, improve, address and resolve all service-delivery related issues.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Assist the Leadership team in the training of new staff where appropriate.
  • Assist QA Manager in assuring all data reporting is completed based on program, funder, licensing, and grant requirements.
  • Appropriately represent RHD while communicating with in individuals in services, staff, contractors, and funders.
  • Exercise appropriate discretion when receiving sensitive information about individuals in services and/or staff.
  • Collaborates with Leadership regarding adherence to new hire procedures, including training and documentation.
  • Maintenance and update of personnel records.
  • Prepare IC documents for completion.
  • Appropriately represent RHD while communicating with in individuals in services, staff, contractors, and funders.
  • Exercise appropriate discretion when receiving sensitive information about individuals in services and/or staff.
  • Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with the values of RHD.
  • Participate in relevant meetings as requested by supervisor and/or director.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • 1 year experience, preferably in a community behavioral health setting
  • EHR experience preferred

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or another human service related field

Program Summary

Lower Merion Counseling and Mobile Services provides community-based outpatient mental health therapy, psychiatric services, and mobile services to children, adolescents, adults, and families  LMCMS is currently an Integrated Community Wellness Center (ICWC) and in the first year of the CCBHC Expansion Grant through SAMHSA.
