Family Practice & Counseling Network is seeking a Compliance Manager. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for stewarding FPCN relationships with regards to funding, regulatory, credentialing bodies, vendors, and other key stakeholders through the
design & implementation of policies/procedures that ensure compliance with all FPCN contracts, grants, credentialing and fiscal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services standards and regulations.The Compliance Manager is will also be responsible for the
evaluation of all contractual agreements and procurement practices.
Essential Duties and Functions
Works collaboratively with executive team, Quality Director, Human Resources, Health Center Directors and Clinical leaders to create/maintain FPCN's compliance plan and assure compliance in all key areas including HRSAs 19 program areas, finance, clinical,
and required trainings.
Ensure FPCN’s internal controls are capable of preventing and detecting significant instances or patterns of illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
Coordinates with Executive team and Human Resources in all matters related to the Compliance Program to discourage improper conduct and implement effective corrective actions, when necessary.
Coordinates with RHD General Counsel and outside legal counsel, as appropriate in conducting and overseeing investigations of matters that merit investigation and develops and monitors corrective active plan.
Creates and sustains a corporate culture of compliance with requirements of major regulatory and funding bodies including HIPAA, HRSA, OSHA, CLIA, Access Matters, and other major funding and/or regulatory agencies.
Develops and periodically updates policies and procedures for compliance with all regulatory and funding bodies.
Continually communicates with employees on regulatory issues.
Reviews all contracts to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and effective contract implementation
Manages purchasing protocols to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient, timely supply of materials to locations.
Develops/Maintains, in coordination with others, an emergency management plan.
Ensure all aspects of the Federal Tort Claims Act are being complied with and completes FTCA application annually.
Participates as a member of the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee.
Maintains RHD compliance regulations such as retaliation-free reporting channels and enures that all staff has an awareness of policies.
Prepares and presents compliance reports as requested by the NED and RHD Board.
Understanding of HRSA Section 330 and 340B regulations including all nineteen key program requirements
Knowledge of CMS regulations and guidance.
Knowledge of grant requirements of all other significant funding sources, including Access Matters and AIDS Activities Coordinating Office (AACO).
Knowledge of all pertinent regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA.

Master's Degree in Health Care Management, Public Health, Business Management or related field
Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Management, Public Health, Business Management or related field Required
Four years of experience in Health Care Compliance Management
