Description/Job Summary

  • Billing Responsibilities:
  • Generate all eligible billing to funders and/or Central Office within specific timeframes. FE Data Electronic request
  • Review all payments to programs and re-bill or revise all needed.
  • Generate client payment statements and apply client payments when applicable.
  • Work in conjunction with RHD Corporate Budget Manager as assigned.
  • Monitor spending in accordance with budget.
  • Prepare monthly reports as assigned.
  • Assess training needs and train-designated staff.
  • Enter information in to Avatar for billings
    Office Manager Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of business office.
  • Supervision of vendor files.
  • Supervision of delegated tasks related to reconciliation.
  • Oversee Payroll preparation and submit to RHD Central Office.
  • Track staff time off and review with Director.
  • Assist new employees with New Hire and Benefit package.
  • Maintain personnel files
  • Maintain ledger
  • Compare computerized reports verses general ledger each month to check for errors
  • Request/reconcile program money as assigned
  • Maintain petty cash with computerized reports and analysis as assigned.
    Additional Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Document and type staff meeting notes
  • Maintain correspondence as assigned
  • Order all needed office supplies
  • Typing/knowledge of computer word processing
  • Phone coverage as assigned
  • Maintain originals of all forms
    Other responsibilities:
  • As assigned by Director(s) to insure continuity of care and foster a supportive nurturing environment.
    Requirements:
  • 2-year Associate degree
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
