Description/Job Summary

RHD's Sussex ICM program is seeking a Master's Level Clinician.

RHD Sussex ICM works with individuals residing in Sussex County and lower Kent County who have a serious and persistent mental illness such as Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, or Bipolar Disorder.  Individuals can be referred to the ICM team through the Delaware Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health. Intensive case management services are provided by an interdisciplinary team to individuals who have a serious and persistent mental illness. Services are based on the recovery model and are individually configured and geared to each person’s circumstances, desires and needs. We strive to assist individuals in reaching their goals while remaining as independent as possible.

The hourly rate for this position is $21.80.

This is a community based position providing services to individuals with a chronic persistent mental illness or a dual diagnosis.  The Master’s Level Clinician is responsible for completing required paperwork, including, but not limited to progress notes, recovery plans, crisis plans, assessments.  The Master’s Level Clinician provides therapy and minimal case management services to the individuals in the program.  This position shares responsibility for after hours on-call coverage; generally on-call occurs once every five weeks.
