Description/Job Summary

Title:  Part-Time Evaluator (Fee for Service)

Job Summary:  Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations (CBEs) and comprehensive biopsychosocial re-evaluations (CBRs) in accordance with Community Behavioral Health (CBH) guidelines for children referred to Children’s Programs within RHD. Requires current Psychology license in good standing in the Commonwealth of PA, training and experience in working with children, and experience completing psychological evaluations

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Completes on-site evaluations (CBEs) and re-evaluations (CBRs) of children presenting with behavioral and/or emotional problems. Reviews records, interviews team members, completes mental status examinations, and writes-up psychological evaluation reports, including treatment recommendations. Participation in a limited number of interagency meetings following evaluations as a part of a pilot program with CBH.
    • Evaluations must be in a format consistent with CBH requirements
    • Evaluators must submit evaluations in a timely manner
  • Completes required paperwork and hands it in to Senior Staff Psychologist in a timely fashion.
  • Participation in training on Avatar, RHD’s Electronic Health Record Data Base required

Required Experience
