RHD Connecticut (RHD CT) provides residential community living arrangements, day services, and individual habilitative supports to people who have developmental disabilities in the West and South regions in Connecticut. Currently RHD CT operates 10 CLAs,
Continuous Residential Support programs and supports individuals who reside in apartments in the community. RHD CT operates two day programs, one in the Western region and one in the Southern region of the State.
The Behavior Tech is a part-time, 20 hours/15.00 an hour, position which, provides clerical support to the Behaviorist. The Behaviorist Tech will work closely with the Behaviorist to ensure behavior documentation is accurately completed, filed and available
for presentation to various DDS committees as indicated. The Behavior Tech will present to committees as requested by the Behaviorist.
Collect, calculate, review and analyze data.
Create graphs for PRC/HRC/URR as needed.
Compile required documentation for PRC/HRC/URR. Present as needed.
Complete medication and restrictive component consents annually. Send Guardians, track and file.
Review Incident reports. Follow up with managers for information as needed. File completed reports and send a copy to Incident Management.
Review monthly restraint logs. Create incident reports based on the information received.
File all documentation including data, PRC packets, URR packets, consents, monthly aversives, incident reports, quarterly reports, training records, psych consultations, revised BSP's Upload all files into Behavior drive.
High School Diploma. Associates preferred
Valid driver’s license
3 years experience in the field of human services
