Description/Job Summary

Position Summary
 
The Regional Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for oversight of the revenue process for targeted regions/divisions within the corporation.Responsibilities will also include working with divisional leaders on reporting, process improvement, oversight, interaction with program leaders on collections and accounts receivable levels, and ensuring compliance with billing integrity.
 
Essential Duties and Functions
  • Provides consistent and regular reporting regarding accounts receivable, cash collections, denial rates, and other revenue cycle metrics
  • Sets goals and targets for billing teams with a focus on maximizing cash collections and reducing bad debts.
  • Monitors and analyzes receivables, reimbursement, and revenue cycle process
  • Works with divisional leaders to create policies and procedures to enhance application and billing procedures
  • Collaborates in ensuring appropriate systems are in place to bill services in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manages payment application process
  • Oversees all collection and AR reporting functions along with managing the payment application process
  • Performs and manages analysis of monthly revenue trends for accuracy and procedural improvement opportunities which includes any revenue modeling or rate reporting
  • Ensures compliance of billing system data against contractual funder agreements
 
Qualifications
 
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
  • 5 – 6 years related experience, billing or collections experience referred 
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; create and promote a positive and supportive work environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data to program directors or other divisional and corporate leaders
Salary
$60,000-$65,000/year
